WHITE TEA

White tea is sweet and flat, and can be drunk all year round. The production process of white tea is relatively simple. The traditional process of no frying and no kneading is adopted to maximize the retention of active enzymes and polyphenols in tea leaves. Therefore, it is more suitable to drink white tea in autumn.

OOLONG TEA

Oolong tea is a kind of partially fermented tea and is known for its large varieties of flavours.

Due to different production processes, it offers interesting perceptions such as the fragrant of orchid, honey, osmanthus, walnut, and charcoal.

In Chinese traditional medicine, Oolong tea is neutral in its medical quality. It doesn’t impact one’s body with too much ‘ice’ or ‘fire’ energy. This is why it is widely beloved and can be enjoyed in every time of the year.

PUER TEA

Pure is a kind of fully fermented tea from Yunnan, southern China. Depending on the methods of production, it is categorised into Sheng Pier (raw tea), and Shu Pure (rip tea).

Sheng Pure tea is golden yellow and has sweet floral gragrant. Sipping it promotes the secretion of saliva and accelerates your body’s inner flow.

Shu Puer tea appears bright red in colour and gives out a sweet fragrant of jujube. In Chinese medicine, some believe that it calms both your spirit and your stomach.

GREEN TEA

Green tea is made from the fresh baby leaves of the tea tree. Its production process is relatively simple and preserves plenty of its original nutrient.

The very first green tea tree was discovered around the buddist/taoist temple of the foggy Mengding mountain in Sichuan. The monks grew and drank green tea to stay awake and healthy since hundreds of years.

Brewed green tea soup is translucent and reflects green light. Besides its freshness, it also has an undertone of chestnut and the smell of freshly opened pea pod.
